QUESTION: Where can I download the game from?

ANSWER: The setup program can be downloaded from our Game Downloads page. Once it is downloaded you can double-click the program to begin the installation of the game.

QUESTION: I ordered the game, now how do I get access to the full version?

ANSWER: You will receive an email at the email address you specified when you ordered. The email will contain your invoice, as well as your registration code. In order to unlock the full version, simply start up Bubble Frenzy and then click the "Enter Code" or "Enter Registration Code" button (this is BEFORE you click the "START GAME" button). Type your code into the box, then press the OK button. Be sure to enter your code exactly as you received it (numbers only, no spaces or dashes).

QUESTION: How do I run Bubble Frenzy in a window on my desktop?

ANSWER: After starting the game, from the main menu, click on "Options". Then click on the option that says "Display Window". This will switch to windowed mode. To switch back to fullscreen mode, simply select the "Display Fullscreen" option. You may also do this from the in-game menu (by pressing the ESC key when a game has begun).

QUESTION: Why does windowed mode run more slowly than the fullscreen version?

ANSWER: Try changing the desktop color depth to 16-bit color mode (NOT 16 color mode). This mode is also sometimes called "Hi-color" mode or "65536 color" mode. Bubble Frenzy is designed to run optimally in this mode.

QUESTION: Why does an error message appear when I try to start the game?

ANSWER: This usually occurs if you have an older version of DirectX on your system. Bubble Frenzy runs best with DirectX 3.0 or higher.

QUESTION: How do I create and share homemade levels?

ANSWER: There is some introductory level editing and sharing information in the ReadMe file that is included with the game. Go to the Bubble Frenzy program folder in your Start menu, and then click the "ReadMe" option. If you have still have questions or problems, simply send us an email at support@extendedreality.com and we'll be happy to assist you.
